Driver Policy

Our professional chauffeurs operate their own vehicles, ensuring a personal and dedicated service. Respect is essential; we appreciate your courtesy and understanding.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. If available with your driver, Paypal, Stripe, or Cash are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a NO SHOW full charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made on the same day or NO SHOW charge full amount. Note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable once a prepaid reservation is canceled.

Delayed Flights

In case of flight delays, passengers must inform the office or their respective driver. Please text or call us at (818) 298-4296 and +1 (323) 702-4733 or use free WiFi to send an email. For delays of 1-2 hours, we will seek alternative solutions, such as arranging a different driver. While we are not responsible for delays, we will strive to accommodate your needs.

Gratuity or Tip

Our drivers are dedicated to providing exceptional service. For prepaid reservations made by another person, a minimum gratuity is included, eliminating the need for additional tipping.

Waiting Time

Passengers should allow sufficient time for baggage claim, immigration screening, and customs clearance. Drivers will wait up to 20 minutes for domestic flights and 30 minutes for international flights. After these periods, a $50 wait fee will apply. We guarantee reasonable wait times, unlike other services who may charge the full fare and walk away.

Taxes and Credit Card Fees

  • 2% fee for credit card payments
  • 7.25% Taxes

Hourly Charter

Hourly charters are offered within the county area. Different rates apply for services outside this area. Contact us for more information and assistance.

Cleaning Fee

To maintain a pristine environment for all clients, a cleaning fee will be charged for any liquid spills, food messes, or pet hair. Our friendly drivers will communicate any necessary charges directly with you.

Pet Policy

Pets must be in crates or kennels during transport. Service dogs should sit on the floor with a provided blanket. A $50 cleaning fee applies if pet hair needs to be cleaned. Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with a pet.
